Program Management Expertise

• Develop the technical portions of Statements of Work (SOW)
• Prepare technical data package for major acquisitions
• Develop the list of criteria and factors used in evaluating responses and establishing the source selection for procurements
• Produce independent cost estimates
• Prepare Informal Performance Assessment Reports (IPARs)
• Maintain and track funding levels of acquisition programs and report results directly to the program management office

Contracts Management Expertise

• Provide training to employees in the conduct of alpha contracting negotiation efforts
• Perform and monitor alpha contracting efforts
• Prepare technical assessments of the resulting negotiations
• Develop procurement contracts and contract modifications
